Every member of our teaching and support staff undergoes background screening before their start date is confirmed. No offer of employment at Green Cedar becomes final until this clearance is complete.
Our staff are trained to recognise signs of harm and to respond appropriately and promptly. Any concern raised, however small, is taken seriously and handled with care, discretion, and urgency.
